About the role

As Revenue Controller at White & Case Stockholm, you will be responsible for revenue and credit control for partners in the Stockholm office. The role will also involve liaison with Finance teams in other offices to support the firm in achieving its global targets and will report to the Stockholm Finance Manager.

In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for meeting with partners and matter managers on a regular basis to review and discuss all WIP and AR balances, documenting outcomes and following up on agreed actions.
• Regularly reviewing all WIP balances to ensure that all appropriate actions are undertaken to ensure it can be billed on a timely basis, including regular fee updates.
• Working with PAs, Revenue controllers, and operations team in Manila to ensure that billing matters are dealt with on a timely basis.
• Performing regular and ad–hoc reporting and projects for clients, partners, and management.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines a hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Relevant and in-depth revenue control and collections experience (a minimum of 3 years’).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a natural ability to build relationships across teams.
• A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) and strong command of Office 365, along with a knack for quickly adapting to new systems.
