DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

Lövstjärnan Fabriks AB is seeking a highly skilled and uniquely qualified Director of Strategic Initiatives to join our team as a Senior Advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and manage risks in implementation of industrial Program Management Plan.
• Ensure future year planning, programming and budgeting challenges are resolved.
• Collaborate with National, Regional and International stakeholders for program success.
• Coordinate acquisition and delivery lead times, project resourcing and budget allocation.
• Define, develop, and drive structure and launch of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in implementing program objectives.
• Facilitate relationships between external vendors and company senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent prioritization and facilitation skills, with focus on successful outcomes.
• 10-plus years of professional experience in corporate strategy, planning and management.
• Deep operational mindset and proven track record in process execution and optimization.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in complex operational initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrable excellence in public speaking.
• Bachelors-level degree in Management.

HIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters-level degree in Management and/or Administration.
• In-depth knowledge and background in the Defense industry, and defense products.
• Prior experience in Military Service and/or Public Security Service leadership.
• Proven background in Government acquisition, and/or Government agency coordination.
• Previous senior executive leadership and/or management positions in private sector.
