Join Rituals and help shape the future of our Nordic wholesale business. As Key Account Manager, you'll lead partnerships with key beauty retailers, drive growth, and bring our brand to life across the Nordics. This is a strategic role where relationship building meets data, negotiation, and brand excellence. This is a parental leave cover starting August 2025 and running through August 2026.

Your Role

You’ll own and grow a portfolio of complex wholesale accounts within the perfumery and pure player sector — including major partners such as Matas, KICKS, Lyko, and Fredrik & Louisa. With a mix of strategic planning, commercial execution, and internal collaboration, you'll act as a trusted partner to your clients — while inspiring and supporting our account team. You report to the Head of Wholesale Nordics and have direct responsibility for one coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans aligned with our commercial strategy.
• Strengthen customer relationships and grow existing business.
• Identify and close new business opportunities.
• Lead or support high-level negotiations.
• Ensure consistent brand representation in-store and online.
• Track performance and use insights to drive improvement.
• Support and guide junior team members.

Kravspecifikation

Who You Are

• Several years of experience in relationship-based sales
• Leadership experience, formal or informal
• Background in beauty, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is a plus
• University degree and strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are a plus)

You are strategic, commercially driven, and hands-on — a confident communicator with a passion for delivering great customer experiences. You build trust easily, thrive in cross-functional collaboration, and enjoy combining data with intuition to make smart decisions.
