As Maandag® Nordic expand into the Swedish market, we're looking for ambitious individuals to strengthen our sales organization as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager at Maandag® Nordic, you will play a key role in our journey to expand in Stockholm. Your main focus will be identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients within IT. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you'll build strong professional relationships and develop a sustainable network that will benefit you throughout your career. What you'll be doing
- Start your sales journey – as we enter the Swedish market, a big part of your role will be reaching out to new clients in Stockholm, supported closely by our Sales Manager.
- Build strong relationships – learn how to understand client needs and help deliver tailored staffing and consulting solutions, working with our internal teams to ensure smooth processes and great service.
- Grow through sales – you’ll develop your skills in prospecting and account management as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
- Take charge of your development – this is a role where your results and drive open real career opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Experience in working in a high paced environment
- An entrepreneurial and result driven mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market
- Fluency in both English and Swedish
- Driver’s license
Good to have:
- Some experience from sales within the staffing or recruitment industry
