​WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As the Strategy & Planning Manager you will play a key role in the collaboration with our external partners.

The role includes responsibilities such as:

• Oversee development and execution of strategic marketing plans for all partners.
• Lead diverse projects within the franchise team or support partners across different markets.
• Manage openings, closures, and omni-channel communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with goals.
• Optimize projects by incorporating relevant insights.
• Actively engage stakeholders and maintain close communication with key collaborators.
• Ensure all customer/consumer-facing touchpoints are on brand and executed according to the Brand Plan.
• Support global functions to create needed assets for partners.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

You will be a key player in our Global Franchise Team based in Stockholm Pegasus Office, collaborating closely with our partners around the world. You will be part of the Omni Sales Team and serve as the connection to global functions on behalf of our partners. You will be reporting to Head of Marketing and Communication.

WHO YOU ARE​

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• 3-5 years proven experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and planning.
• Proven experience from Project Leading.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, market research, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a team, promote a positive work environment, and foster collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
