About the position

Peridos is looking for an experienced and strategic recruiter to manage and develop recruitment processes across our clients’ global corporate functions. Our client is a successful and fast-growing electric car company. You will work in a dynamic, international setting and partner closely with leaders across regions to identify, attract, and secure top talent. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in recruitment and talent acquisition. You´ll be part of a forward-thinking HR team that values diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement. This position is located in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks

You will have a broad and influential role where you’ll:

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers within various global functions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive and aligned with the company’s diversity and talent strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking—regionally and globally.
• Use data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and ensure high-quality delivery.

Your characteristics

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are confident in collaborating with senior stakeholders. You are proactive and well-organized, with the ability to manage several recruitment processes at once. Your approach is both commercially minded and consultative, allowing you to balance long-term strategic thinking with operational excellence. Additionally, you are innovative and solution-oriented, always seeing opportunities in challenges and acting decisively to move things forward.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years focusing on corporate or functional roles.
• Proven experience in hiring for complex or hard-to-fill roles, preferably at the mid-to-senior level
• Comfortable working in a matrixed and international organization
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct search/headhunting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Knowledge in other languages

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-02-28. Start 2025-06-01.
