Job Description:
The Technical Lead provides subject matter expertise, architects technical solutions, and establishes the standards and key performance indicators against which Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions Customer Success measures its effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical account managers towards fulfilling department objectives.
- Define assessment standards for Customer Success staff and implement onboarding policies and procedures.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and contribute to product development.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize associate engagement with customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tbricks products.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development and leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages, software architecture, and network topologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
