Meet the Operations Team

Our IT Manager lives within the wider Operations crew. We’re the behind-the-scenes fixers who keep things running smoothly, securely, and without random computer meltdowns. We also serve as a cross-functional bridge across the org, connecting the dots and making life easier for everyone.We want to simplify things and stay true by being professional and great ambassadors of Detectify.

What you’ll actually do

As our IT Manager, you’ll be the tech-sorcerer who makes the everyday magic happen — giving our teams the tools, processes, and support they need to be awesome at what they do. From day-to-day support to driving IT strategy, you’ll be the go-to person for all things internal IT. You’ll report to our CFO and work closely with amazing colleagues across the company.

Here’s some of what you’ll get to do:

- Own and evolve our onboarding and offboarding processes and make first days feel like Christmas morning!
- System access management
- Evaluate new tools and vendors, then help bring them to life in our stack
- Negotiate with hardware/software suppliers and make sure we get the good stuff (at good prices)
- Be a key contributor in our work around ISO 27001 certificate - with the opp to take full responsibility
- Drive IT security within our ISO work including maintaining the IT aspects of our ISMS
- Review and act upon security incidents
- Ensuring physical office equipment is meeting organization's needs and security standards
- Day to day IT support
Who you are


You're a person that has a collaborative and proactive mindset combined with technical skills.We think you have:

- Hands on experience of driving and improving IT processes, IT support, access management and asset inventory (physical and information assets)
- Experience of OS provisioning and Network knowledge
- IT Security knowledge and hands on experience of SSO
- ISO 27001 experience
- Experience of Jira and Google workspace
As a person you:

- Are self-going and have a good eye for spotting improvements
- Appreciate a fast moving environment
- Have a solid service mindset
- Thrive working in an international environment
- Proficient English skills both written and verbal

Hybrid work

This position is for the Stockholm office and we would like to see you several days per week at the office.
