Software Responsible to DevPort!

About the Position:

We at DevPort are now looking for a Software Responsible to join a team focusing on next-generation functions as well as improving the current solutions. The team handles ECU development, quality issues, running changes, and model year updates for multiple ECUs. The role includes securing verification and validation of system design, software, and functions.

The responsibility ranges from the concept phase—defining specifications—to ensuring high-quality industrialization and maintaining existing solutions, all while focusing on Safety, Quality, and Cost.

As a Software Responsible, you are the key link between the system owners and the component suppliers’ software developers. You break down and clarify requirements, ensuring that all deliveries meet technical, timing, and cost expectations.

Tasks:

•
Organize and manage software deliveries and joint reviews according to defined processes

•
Collaborate with Function Owners and System Engineers to ensure the software reflects the product vision

•
Organize and manage document reviews

•
Manage software configurations and hardware dependencies

Deliverables and responsibilities:

•
Deliver software to projects according to product development system

•
Plan software development and delivery timelines

•
Implement software requirements within projects

•
Define and maintain the software time plan

•
Administer software deliveries

•
Connect ECU software to the software architecture in a requirement system

•
Release Software Requirement Specification documents

•
Report software documentation into a requirement system

•
Manage supplier-related software issues

We are looking for you who have:

•
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent

•
Experience in developing software and writing specifications

•
Knowledge in AUTOSAR and diagnostics

•
Understanding of System Safety & Cyber Security

•
Experience with CarCom and Matlab/Simulink

•
Motivated, enthusiastic, and structured with strong documentation and communication skills

•
A strong team player who also takes individual responsibility

•
Previous automotive experience is a merit

• Driver's license
