An initiative focused on Intelligent Automation is currently in a phase of growth and exploration, where new technologies and platforms are being assessed. The current emphasis is on Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Power Automate.

Role Overview:

The Platform Team is looking for a Software Engineer to take the lead on activities related to the implementation and support of Microsoft Power Automate within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the deployment and configuration of solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring smooth integration with the existing infrastructure.
• Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions to optimize performance and user experience.
• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure the Power Platform operates securely and at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployments are executed successfully with minimal disruption.
• Monitor and maintain system environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues proactively to ensure continuous service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience managing server environments (Windows/Linux) and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server in the context of enterprise-level deployments.
• Proven hands-on experience deploying Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate workflows.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities for handling deployment and operational issues.
• Clear and effective communication skills for working across multiple teams and end-users.
