​WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Logistics Network Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the long-term network strategy, ensuring the logistics network remains optimized and adaptable to current & future business needs. You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and continuous updating of a target network model based on business needs and scenario evaluations.
• Ensure mid- and long-term capacity planning in collaboration with Sales and regional teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align logistics network design with overall business strategy.
• Facilitate the integration of network analysis into business strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on network analysis and business insights.
• Support the development of analytical models to assess logistics network performance.
• Stay updated on global logistics trends, KPIs, and industry best practices.
• Identify sustainability opportunities from economic, social, and environmental perspectives.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

You will report to Logistics Network Strategy Manager, and you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including:

• Regional teams to ensure global and regional alignment.
• Cross-functional teams across business units to integrate logistics strategies.
• Analysts, planners, and decision-makers to develop and refine network models.
• Experts in supply chain optimization, using advanced modelling tools.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who are:

• Experienced in logistics and supply chain management, ideally within retail or fashion industries.
• Skilled in strategic logistics planning and excellent at balancing trade-offs within logistics network
• Experienced from network modelling tools
• Strong communicator with the ability to present complex concepts to non-specialists and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate business problems into data-driven models.
• Adept at managing multiple tasks and delegating effectively.
