Conversion Analyst to Procter & Gamble

We are currently looking for a Conversion Analyst to our exciting customer Procter & Gamble. This is a consultancy opportunity, a 6-month contract starting May 5th 2025, with the possibility for an extension.The office is located in Stockholm.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Conversion Analyst to help support our Product Master Data Team.

In this execution-focused role, you will be supporting new product launches and managing data changes for existing products. The scope focuses on data entry, issue identification and resolution, and master data accuracy management.

You will primarily work with SAP and Excel to update, set up, and communicate essential master data for new product launches. Additionally, you will utilise Power BI reports to effectively prioritise your tasks.

Your typical working day will be divided into two:

Mornings: assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues within our daily order cycle. This requires swift root cause analysis and prompt action to meet customer expectations.
Afternoons: engaging in a variety of tasks to ensure that product master data is accurate and communicated effectively, thereby supporting the launch of new products. This involves working with the Global Data Synchronisation Network (GDSN), orientation to detail, and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and analytical skills. A successful candidate comprehends instructions, acts independently, and multitasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily work activities ensuring master data is accurately maintained in line with industry deadlines across several business areas.
• Execute daily tasks with a high level of accuracy and accountability
• Work within a tight-knit team of Product Master Data experts to ensure data flows via GDSN and support them in their daily work
• Root cause, identify and resolve any issues that are reported
• Work cross-functionally to ensure issues are resolved and business critical tasks are carried out in a timely manner.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in any discipline, with a preference for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Supply Chain Management degrees.
• Proven experience of identifying root causes, proposing and actioning solutions
• Very strong attention to detail
• Strong communication & comprehension skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to balance deadlines and own workload according to business priorities
• Fast learner and strong sense of ownership & accountability

Technical Skills: 

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables etc.)
• Experience using SAP or similar
• Proficient in Power BI for reporting
• Proven analytical experience with multisource and large data sets.
• Business English required
• Swedish beneficial but not a requirement
