What you will do:- Analyze, propose and implement improvements to processes, ways of working, operations and organizations.
- Define business cases and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for transformation initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks related to transformation initiatives.
- Drive transformation initiatives from idea to adoption, ensuring OKRs are met, and business cases are fulfilled.
- Manage a portfolio of transformations, ensuring alignment across lines of business.
- Operate as a change catalyst, fostering required culture changes within our operations.
