HCM Technical Architect

We are looking for a Human Capital Management Consultant/HCM Technical Architect who masters Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, HCM business processes and technology. The Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and will be responsible for the design and configuration of their cloud solution to ensure a seamless implementation & go-live.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Relevant experience with HRIS implementation consulting experience. Oracle HCM (Cloud) experience is a plus.
• Understanding of HR strategies, operations, policies and procedures by having experience as HCM (IT) consultant, project experience, HR specialist or being in an equivalent position
• Fluency in Swedish; proficiency in English
• Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing business.
• Strong communication skills as well as a strong focus on customer success
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
