By integrating business and digital & tech expertise, Sales plays a crucial role in delivering our brand plan—elevating H&M through product, experience, and brand, offering aspirational fashion at unbeatable prices.

The Customer Activation unit in Sales aims to bring our brand direction to life through various touchpoints. Utilizing data and customer insights, we design plans to ensure a holistic customer experience, from communication to our membership program.

In the Insights and Development team, we are passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. As a CRM Specialist, you will shape our data-driven strategies and optimize our CRM toolbox.


Job Description

Position Overview

We seek a candidate with strong data analysis and insights skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, strong business acumen, and a passion for analyzing customer data, extracting meaningful insights, and leveraging those insights to drive CRM strategies and tactics. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams to extract insights from customer data, develop future use cases, and drive business growth through our CRM toolbox.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities for CRM strategy improvements.
  • Collaborate with the global CRM team and the Value Stream Activate to drive strategy work, customer journey automation, future CRM use cases, and hypotheses for A/B tests.
  • Business analysis-contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly follow up on business performance from a CRM and customer data perspective.
  • Follow-up of global triggered customer journeys and leverage these insights in journey optimization.
  • Guide the regions and serve as the point of contact for all CRM reports and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and develop CRM report package and other data products on GCP.


Qualifications

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data analysis.
  • Genuine interest in creating business value from data.
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex business problems.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and thorough manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with customer data.
  • Business understanding within the field of CRM.
  • Experience with cloud analytics environments such as GCP.
