The group Solution Sales Journey is focusing on Scania’s main presales and sales flow to provide customer solutions, including both products and services, and the applications serve our Business Units and Dealers globally.

Job Description
As Journey Lead for the solution sales journey you will lead and be responsible for the development of our traditional sales channels including Sales Portal and SCRM (Scania Customer Relationship Management). You will work with both operational and strategic focus to improve our current way of selling considering both process and system development.
In your daily work you will prioritize, align and facilitate activities within the journey team including both business and IT resources. You will also work closely with different stakeholder groups to navigate towards fulfilling Scania’s commercial strategy. A large part of the job is to harmonize different stakeholder needs and ensure an holistic alignment of the different needs.
