In the TRATON Financial Services IT & Digital (TGFI) team our mission is to work closely with all stakeholders to enable seamless delivery and assist the acceleration of new services provided to our markets all over the world. About the role In this role, best described as a mix between a business analyst and product manager, you will report to our Head of UNITY Strategic Services. Your mission as the Business Solution Owner is to drive evolution and harmonization of processes and applications within your area of responsibility. You will select and support implementation of proper tools to ensure compliance in areas such as AML (Anti Money Laundering) in our markets across the world.

As a Business Solution Owner, you will:

• Shape and lead the Risk & Compliance Community with, department heads, and local market stakeholders
• Act as a change agent, with focus on business processes
• Develop best practice by collaborating cross functionally
• Drive the Unity Risk & Compliance solution design by;
• Applying strategic direction of the business
• Identify and document market needs and business opportunities, converting them into clear requirements
• Working with test teams to ensure quality of deliverables and future regression testing capabilities
• Supporting application rollout to markets and common application set up
• Manage the scope of initiatives and projects
• Collaborating with other program resources to deliver on time and in budget
• Managing a backlog of future potential initiatives
• Document processes and routines for your area of responsibility

About you You have a can-do attitude and a pragmatic way of working. You can evaluate, prioritise, and act to build sustainable and robust solutions, that can evolve over time. As a collaborative team player, you confidently lead virtual teams and coordinate resources. You also have:

• Proven leadership skills to build confidence and drive change
• Experience from transformations within larger enterprises, including organisational changes
• Knowledge and experience with digital solutions for managing financial services requirements i.e., AML, GDPR, DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) etc.
• A good overall understanding of market needs and financial services
• Experience from working with outsourced solutions
• Excellent communication skills to build momentum and trust in processes and solutions
• Business Analytical skills
• Fluency in English (essential)
• Can-do attitude and adaptability to change
