Head of Payment Products, Payments & Accounts Sweden

• Contribute to positive societal development by managing existing solutions and developing new and better financial services for both private and corporate customers.
• Analyze new trends and customer needs related to payments and related offerings.
• Test and develop new concepts in the aforementioned areas together with other product teams and representatives from C&I (Corporate & Institutions) and Swedish Banking.
• Develop your leadership as a coach for a team of experienced employees with high ambitions.
• Build a broad network within the bank but also in the market at large as the role enables/requires contact with many different actors and competencies.

• A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
• Solid experience driving development at the intersection of business and IT.
• Curiosity and business acumen to quickly interpret new market trends and translate them into concrete ambitions.
• Advantageous if you have a good understanding of Swedbank's operations and a broad network.
• Knowledge related to payment solutions and related offerings, both current and future solutions.
• Leadership experience and understanding of what it takes to build high-performing teams.
