Are you eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We’re searching for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our vibrant team in Malmö! You’ll join us at a time of growth, as we work on transforming our approach to People & Culture within a dynamic IT environment. As an HR Intern, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks and projects, including supporting daily HR operations and contributing to our People & Culture initiatives. You’ll assist in the hiring process, taking on responsibilities like reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. You’ll also have the chance to help onboard new employees, making sure they have a welcoming and smooth start.


About the Internship:

Start date is flexible and should be part-time so can align with your study schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support HR Projects & Daily Tasks: Assist with a variety of HR projects and provide administrative support for daily operations.


• Facilitate the Hiring Process: Play a key role in recruitment by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.


• Assist in Onboarding: Help new employees settle in, ensuring a smooth and positive start.


• Contribute to a Transformational Journey: Be part of our evolving People & Culture strategy in a dynamic IT environment with a great team and work culture.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently studying or a recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Detail-oriented and highly organized.


• Eager to learn and passionate about Human Resources.


• Proficient in MS Office (experience with HR software is a plus).
